Fight Verizon's Corporate Greed

Once again, Verizon is putting corporate greed ahead of what’s good for the country.

The company is demanding major concessions from workers at a time when its profits have more than tripled and its CEO is getting more than $18 million in compensation.

This comes after Verizon sued the FCC to kill even the weakest Net Neutrality protections and was caught blocking smartphone apps and text messages.

Instead of trying to punish workers, nickel-and-dime its customers and kill consumer protections, Verizon should be spending its vast profits on one thing: bringing broadband to more Americans.

Tell Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam we need more broadband, not more shenanigans.

    Dear Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam,

Verizon is claiming record profits – again – yet your company is becoming more and more disconnected from the needs of the American public.

Your top five executives gave themselves hefty raises after raking in more than a quarter-billion dollars over the past four years, and now you’re demanding major concessions of your employees instead of putting company profits into broadband deployment.

Meanwhile, you've spent your considerable resources exacting major concessions from Congress and the FCC, suing the FCC to kill even the weakest Net Neutrality protections, and blocking smartphone apps and text messages.

Instead of trying to punish workers, nickel-and-dime your customers and kill consumer protections, I urge you to spend your vast profits on one thing: bringing broadband to more Americans.

    Thank you.
