Tell Congress: Stop Spreading AT&T’s Lies

YourAT&T T-Mobile representative recently helped AT&T spread lies by signing on to a letter in support of its proposed takeover of T-Mobile. This letter is so riddled with misinformation that it’s shocking anyone would put his or her name on it.

Most of the representatives who signed the letter rake in massive sums of money in AT&T campaign contributions. But that’s no excuse for selling out the interests of the people who put these elected officials into office.

We need you to set Congress straight on the facts: If this mega-merger goes through, just two companies, AT&T and Verizon, would control nearly 80 percent of the mobile market in America.  With too few choices, mobile phone users would face higher prices, poorer service, and less innovation. Tens of thousands of hard-working Americans would lose their jobs.

Pick up the phone now, give your representative the facts, and urge them to remove their name from this letter and to oppose this bad deal.
